Delivery Notes & Invoice Settings
Configure the information that appears on your delivery notes and invoices, including branding, sender details, recipient display, payment details, and footers.
Set your default company details
Section titled “Set your default company details”Open Sales & Distribution > Settings > Delivery Note & Invoice Settings > Company Details.
Set the details you want to use for all shops, including your company logo, Hanko, sender name and address, tax number, payment details, and document footers.
Use different details for a shop
Section titled “Use different details for a shop”Use a shop override when a sales channel needs its own branding or sender details.
- From Company Details, select Shop overrides.
- Choose the shop to configure. A
*beside a shop means it already has one or more overrides. - Enter only the fields that should be different for that shop, then select Save.
You can change the shop’s logo, Hanko, sender details, payment details, and delivery note, invoice, or combined-document footer text.
When changes apply
Section titled “When changes apply”Changes to sender details apply to document versions created after the change. Changes to logos, Hanko, payment details, and footer text are shown when an existing document is viewed, printed, or sent.
Documents use the branding for their linked order’s shop. A consolidated invoice can only include documents from one shop and uses that shop’s branding.
Choose how recipients are shown
Section titled “Choose how recipients are shown”Use the recipient display settings to make documents clearer for business or consumer customers.
- Hide recipient name shows the company only.
- Hide recipient company shows the person’s name only.
Leave both settings off to show the company and the recipient’s name when both are available.
Discounts
Section titled “Discounts”For a positive unit price, the discount must be less than the unit price. For a zero or negative unit price, the discount must be zero.
