These 10 settings set the defaults for slips printed by eHiden.

(B -> H) Shipping / Recipient Address columns

Phone number and Postal Code are kept separate from the Address1, 2 and 3 columns

Address columns are concatenated from Province, City, Address1, Address2 of the Shipping Address

Using the numbers and alphabet in this example will help distinguish how they are joined together below.

Changing shipping address -> Ehiden addresses

  1. Join them together - “012345abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ”
  2. お届け先住所1 = “012345abcdefghij” (first 16 characters)
  3. お届け先住所2 = “klmnopqrstuvwxyA” (next 16 characters)
  4. お届け先住所3 = “BCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQ” (next 16 characters)

We get “Packing items” from the document items

  • get the linked order line item from each document item that has an SKU
  • the line item is built from the sku fragment and the quantity from the document item

We then use those packing items and bundle them according to the configured recipes

If the item count is 0, we set it to 1 (following default eHiden behaviour)

  • 000 = Courier Service (飛脚宅配便)
  • 003 = Air Mail (next day delivery) (飛脚航空便(翌日中配達)
  • 004 = Air Mail (next morning delivery) (飛脚航空便(翌日午前中配達))
  • 005 = “Just Time” Flight - a special service (飛脚ジャストタイム便)

The following are deprecated

  • 001 = Supermarket
  • 002 = Immediate Flight

This is based on whether cold shipping is required (based on the Variant Type). If it is, we set it to 002 (beer), otherwise its 001 (merch)

  • 001 = Regular (Merch)
  • 002 = Cool Shipping (Beer)

Not used:

  • 003 = Frozen Shipping

If there is a Requested Delivery Date (RDD), we reformat it 2025/01/14 -> "20250114"

There are 3 seal columns.

  • If it’s cold shipping, the 001 seal is first.
  • If there is a delivery time (see column AC), the delivery time code is converted from the time codes to the seal code, if there is no delivery time, but there is a delivery date, 005 is applied, which means theres a date but no time
  • If there’s a COD payment required, 008 is applied
