Packaging to Allocating Improvements
A recent update has included improvements making the process a lot faster to get from packaging to allocating.
Packaging, Stocking, Creating Barcodes
The following video shows how users can now Package to single cans straight from BrewKeeper without the need for scanning barcodes
Packaging
- User opens a Batch
- User navigates to Package page
- User enters the packaging date and packaging quantity
Stocking
- On the Packaging page, there is a Stock button which takes you to our existing Stocking page
Creating Barcodes
- User navigates to Barcodes page
- User clicks the Add Barcodes for Packaging Date button
- User selects a date and clicks Create
- All packaging related barcodes are created
NOTE: Barcodes are automatically created when packaging
Repackage Cans and Bottles for Shipments
Users can now use BrewKeeper directly to repackage for Shipments not yet dispatched
- User navigates to Repackaging Centre page Warehouse > Repackaging Centre
- User clicks
- User selects the Location the repackaging will happen
- User selects the Shipments that require repackaging
- User is shown a summary of what will be repackaged, and is prompted for input where multiple lot inventories exist
- User enters quantities and clicks
NOTE: Inventory with sufficient quantity will not show on this page
Print Barcodes for Shipments
Users can print the barcodes required for allocating to orders in Shipments.
- User navigates to Barcodes Centre page Production > Barcodes
- User clicks
- User selects Shipments and clicks
- User Clicks
