Once a recipe version has been brewed, you can no longer edit it. If you need to make changes to a recipe, create a new draft.

Lot Cost Improvements
  1. New Draft will create a new draft version of the current open recipe version
  2. Active recipe version is the one you’ll brew from next

A Series is a simple label that groups related recipes (e.g., Seasonal, Perennial, Collaboration). A Series can have a name, a description and a colour.

As shown in the video below, you can create a new Series directly from the Recipe.

We’ve again adjusted how BrewKeeper manages your sales channel inventory when you cancel and refund orders.

There was an update earlier this month where we supported cancelling unpaid and unfulfilled orders by reallocating Reserved inventory to Unrestricted. This improvement left inventory out of sync when people chose not to restock.

We now support both these workflows, plus additional more complex workflows that users might follow.

The feedback we received was that in general, breweries are concerned about per unit pricing.
The cards below summarise the additional price related fields which have been changed / added.
